מדיניות משלוחים

אנו שולחים מוצרים תוך 3-5 ימי עסקים מתוך ישראל או ממדינות שונות, בהתאם למוצר. אנו נספק את פרטי המעקב ברגע שהמוצר ישוחרר למשלוח.

מדיניות החזרות

אנו מאפשרים החזרות תוך 14 יום ממועד קבלת המוצר, בתנאי שהמוצר לא הודפס או נוצר בהתאמה אישית.

לא ניתן להחזיר טפטים שנחתכו מהגליל הראשי (כל דגמי BUBBLE FREE, סדרת SD,MB,ST,WD)  טפט לדלת וטפט למקרר נכללים בתנאי זה ואין החזרות. כמו כן טפט חתוך למטרים לא ניתן להחזרה- ניתן להחזיר גלילים שלמים בלבד (50 מטר).

את המוצרים יש להחזיר באריזה המקורית כמו שהתקבלו אצל הלקוח בצורה ששומרת עליהם שלא ייהרסו. מוצר שהגיע הרוס, כולל טפט שהתקמט, לא יזוכה.

החזר הכספים יתבצע לחשבון הבנק או כרטיס האשראי ממנו בוצע התשלום, תוך עד 60 יום ממועד קבלת המוצר חזרה.

Shipping Policy

We ship products within 3-5 business days from within Israel or from different countries, depending on the product. We will provide the tracking information once the product is released for shipping.

Return Policy

We allow returns within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the product was not printed or custom made.

Wallpaper cut from the main roll cannot be returned (all BUBBLE FREE models, SD, MB, ST, WD series). Door wallpaper and refrigerator wallpaper are included in this condition and there are no returns.Also, wallpaper cut into meters cannot be returned – you can only return whole rolls (50 meters).

The products must be returned in the original packaging as they were received by the customer in a way that keeps them from being destroyed. A product that arrived damaged, including wrinkled wallpaper, will not be credited.

The refund will be made to the bank account or credit card from which the payment was made, within up to 60 days from the date of receiving the product back.
